The task was to built G+2 residence for a client with very specific requirement to have all three bedrooms on ground floor along with kitchen, dining, family lounge and Living area. First floor consists of large bedroom, AV room and terrace garden to entertain their guest and top floor was for store and servant quarters.

Family lounge has double height space with small cut-out in ceiling to filter sunlight. It has a view of greenery of terrace garden and visual connectivity to upper floor wood clad corridor. Back courtyard and front yard have landscape green with native plants.
