A mixed-use development on a 2-acre site on Morabadi Road, Ranchi. This project
is aimed as landmark project in Ranchi with a premium housing and a mid-scale
commercial development.
This was challenging site, being a very deep plot. Moreover efficiently
accommodating two distinct functions with segregated traffic movement without
compromising on security of both residential and commercial areas.
The commercial block Pretium is designed as a mini mall with central air-conditioned
atrium visually connecting all the floors. The lower 3 floors have shops with food
court on the third floor and two 150-seater theatres on the top floor. The terrace
accommodates open air F&B spaces.
The residential component offers a variety of unit size options with different tickets
prices within this small development. It provides a mix of duplex 4 BHK, 4BHK,
3BHK+Study, 3 BHK and studio apartment from 3420 sq ft-630 sq ft.
There are three towers with separate double height aesthetically designed entrance
lobbies. The ground floor of these towers are connected and host the club with gym,
mini theatre, small banquet hall with their own kitchen facility. These common
facilities overlook the central green and the swimming pool, while entry to towers are
planned from the rear side.
The terrace of all towers is connected and designed as a recreational area with a
badminton court, toddlers Park, mini golf and an open-air bar. Special areas are
designated for meditation & yoga.
